Literacy 2030 Workshop
Event box
Four regional meetings are intended to revive Literacy 2030 awareness and introduce new online tools to provide a data-centered approach to literacy service planning in public libraries. A new county-specific map on the upgraded Literacy 2030 website, linked to data elements of interest to each library, illustrates the contributing factors to low literacy rates. Public library attendees will gain information they can use in advocating locally for awareness and support for literacy services. A product of the workshop will be a literacy services action plan that attendees will create during the day.
This workshop is hands-on. Please bring a laptop or tablet with wi-fi connection.
