This training will cover the basic knowledge that public library staff need for providing a storytime for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and even a schoolage storytime. Best practices for engaging children and their parents, teaching early learning skills, and having fun with books will be covered, along with sharing songs, fingerplays and rhymes.
