Communication Skills, Part 2: Giving and Receiving Meaningful Feedback

Often the word "feedback" leaves both managers and staff feeling apprehensive, but meaningful feedback is about future performance, not past mistakes. Actionable feedback is a part of learning and success at all levels of an organization.
Audience: This class is appropriate for library staff of all levels.

2. Develop a positive attitude toward accepting feedback
3. Create a climate of appropriate, constructive feedback between staff
