Artistic Literacy presents: School Age Story Times (& More)! Story Time is not just for preschoolers! Join us as we share some of our favorite stories, games, jokes, and activities for elementary age children. Story Time is the perfect way to:

• Promote library services or summer program at schools
• Engage your community at festivals or events
• Excite students visiting the library for a field trip

Location: Greenville County Public Library, Hughes Main Library, 

Presenters: Artistic Literacy

Amber Holley, Elizabeth McConney and Jennifer Parker have over 50 years of combined experience working in public libraries in North Florida. They a passion for engaging the youth of their community in fun, hands-on learning experiences at the library. They are librarians, artists, and educators who are committed to teaching others how to connect art to literacy through programming.They have been presenting training workshops for library staff since 2012.

Lunch will be provided.

If you cannot have a check processed before the event, please mail or fax a PO (purchase order) form to 803-734-8676. You may also bring the $10.00 fee in cash on the day of the workshop and receive a receipt for your records.

All registrations must be completed at least 5 business days before the event. We regret that we are not able to provide refunds. If you would like to cancel your seat and you meet the deadline indicated above, please contact Flora DuBose (contact information listed below). You may send another staff person in your place, or receive a credit for a future CE event. Anyone who does not cancel prior to 5 business days before the event will be responsible for payment for the class.
