SC Read Eat Grow: Culinary Demo
A three-part demonstration will take place to show how to use a commerical-grade kitchen, Charlie Cart and kitchen-in-a-box, all in your library. Throughout the morning we will discuss programming options with each of these three resources as well as the challenges you may face and how to address them.
