Presenter:

Pat Wagner is a library trainer and consultant with over 40 years of experience with libraries of all kinds and sizes, from storefront rural public libraries and solo library offices in institutions to the largest of the urban public and and academic libraries. Her focus is on the skills that support library success, including personnel, supervision, customer service, project management, leadership, marketing, strategic planning, and career advancement. Pat has a degree in performance and written communication and is known for her practical and good-humored programs. She lives in Denver with her husband and two pushy cats. She loves books, music, gardening, wildlife, pop culture, and her friends and family. Her favorite stress reliever is writing fantasy fiction.
