Authors of SC featuring Jerred Metz
Event box
Join us Tuesday, September 10 at noon for an author talk at the SC Confederate Relic Room and Military Museum featuring South Carolina author and poet Jerred Metz where he will share with us his most recent publication, Bellicourt Tunnel. In the last weeks of September 1918—later called The One Hundred Days, or The Advance to Victory—American soldiers, were leading a new life an ocean away from home. They saw destruction and misery, heard explosions, breathed burned gunpowder. Now, at the Battle of Bellicourt Tunnel, the soldiers prepare for one last great battle.
This event will take place at the SC Confederate Relic Room and Military Museum inside the SC State Museum at 301 Gervais St, Columbia, SC where books will be available for purchase and signing. If you cannot join us in person, you will be able to view our event recordings at youtube.com/scstatelibrary.
