In this live kitchen skills webinar, Chef Harden of the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts will discuss how we cook, demonstrate plating techniques, and prepare a recipe using those skills. This is the second of three live webinars with Chef Steve Harden.
Attendees will gain valuable knoweldge in kitchen skills, how to prepare for live virtual recipe demonstrations, and more.
Presenter: Chef Steve Harden discovered his obsession with delectable flavors and sauces helping his mother cook family dinner in Seattle, WA. He has a diverse business and culinary background. His professional culinary career began at 15 and continued into his early twenties. He has also served 4.5 years in the United States Air Force before, during, and after 9/11. Still not professionally satisfied and missing the culinary industry, he returned to his roots, graduating Magna Cum Laude from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Colorado with a Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage Management. He brings a variety of experience in multiple industries which uniquely equips him to advise, teach, and mentor the next generation of culinarians.
