Join us Thursday, March 17 at 6pm for an author talk featuring Faye Collins. She will share with us her most recent book, Midnight Song: One Woman's Path to Freedom.
Midnight Song is a book about the injustices and cruelty of the Jim Crow south during a racial divided society in the 1940's. Ella Jane Mitchell, the heroine of the story, is a woman who escapes a chain gain prison farm to reunite with her children with the help of a mysterious traveler.
